Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via normal mail without tracking. We provide free local postage.
If you prefer delivery by registered mail with tracking, an additional cost SGD 2.00 per package will be applied. We will recommend customers who purchase 2 or more items to take on registered mail with tracking. For normal mail, customer will bear the responsiblity for any loss item during delivery.
All customers using registered mail can log on to SingPost website http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp to check on the status of the package.
