Payments made by ATM transfer or Internet Banking Transfer to POSB Savings account 046-27133-5.
Exchange & Refunds
All sales are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
However, in the case of any faulty or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange or refund.
Please email to stitch@stitchme.com.sg accompanied by images of faulty areas or wrong items within 5 days upon receipt of the items. Once confirmed, please return it back to us in original condition. Please write your name and address at the back of the envelope.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the email does not reach us within the stipulated timeframe.
Purchase Process
Once order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to it. Therefore, please ensure that your orders are checked through properly before clicking the confirm button.
For internet banking or ATM transfer, you are advised to make payment within 2 days after your order. Please remember to provide us the following information after you have made the payment.

- payment amount
- date of payment
- payment method

We reserve the right to release your ordered items if we do not receive payment within 2 days after your order.
We greatly encourage customers with more than 2 items to take up registered mail. For normal mail, customers will have to bear the responsibility of any loss items. After we have mailed out your order, you will receive a dispatch email from us.
For all customers who opt for registered mail, we will provide you with a registered article (RA) no. to check the status of your order at the Singapore Post website.
Your order will reach you within 5 working days, depending on the availability of stock.
Purchase of Products
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for eg, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability.
As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Your information which you provided to us will be used to fulfill your order and to inform you of any functionality changes.
We may also send you email newsletters from time to time to inform about our products, services, promotion and special offers. If you do not wish to receive any of this, simply unsubscribe at any time by replying the email with "unsubscribe" typed on the subject heading.
